Founded in 1939 by Charles A. Wheeler, Jr. at just 17 years old, Wheeler Construction began with a single handcrafted brick home sold for $4,250. Over the next eight decades, Charles developed a thriving custom home building enterprise, constructing over 30 major subdivisions across Nashville, Franklin, Donelson, and Sumner County.
Today, his son Charles Timothy “Tim” Wheeler serves as President, carrying forward the foundational values learned from working alongside his father from the ground up: honesty, transparent communication, and uncompromised quality. Tim and his team—including project manager Kole Wheeler—approach every custom build with the same care and precision as if it were their own family’s home.
